  • How long does it take for my design to be ready?
    The turnaround time varies depending on the project and also depends on the receipt of any information or files needed to complete your project. For example: Digital Flyer | 3 - 5 Business Days Brochure | 7 - 10 Business Days Visual Brand Development | 2 - 4 Weeks Website | 3 - 16 Weeks (depending on the type of website) We will always give you an estimate of the time needed to complete the project and you are welcome to call, text, or email us for an update.
  • What is a Brand Board?
    A brand board is an at-a-glance document containing your main brand elements. At a minimum, you should have an established brand color scheme and font prior to starting any design projects.
  • I'm not sure where to start, can you help me?

  • Who owns the copyright to work you have done for me?
    You own your deliverables. We do not file copyrights. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    You will be sent an invoice for your service. You can pay via credit/debit card, Square, or PayPal.
  • Will my website be search engine friendly?
    We do include adding keywords to your website pages in our website packages. View packages HERE You can increase the SEO for your website and business with an additional SEO plan. Contact Us for more information.
  • Do I get to see my design project prior to completion?
    Yes. For larger projects, we require your approval at a checkpoint prior to fully completing your project. Your approval is always required prior to finalizing a design project big or small.
  • Do you design workbooks, planners, or other items that I am unaware of?
    Yes! We have experience desiging a wide range of items. If you do not see it listed, contact us and we can confirm that we are able to design it for you or we can refer you to someone who can.
  • My website needs maintenance, can you help?
    Yes, we can provide maintenance for any website created by Rosemint Media. For websites not created by Rosemint Media, we can provide maintenance for: Wix only.
