CLIENT SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW

As the Client Specialist for Rosemint Media, you attract, retain, and keep our clients.  Your sole purpose is to bring on clients and make sure they are completely satisfied with the services of Rosemint Media. You will understand our processes and services so that you know exactly what each client needs and who to target. Leading with education, it’s your job to educate our clients through the entire process from start to finish. You will be the eyes and ears for our Brand Managers and will be responsible for making sure that we keep up to date with the needs of our clients.

DUTIES

Lead Generation:

  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

  • Respond to prospective client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

  • Identify prospective customer needs and educate them on all of Rosemint Media’s Service & Product offerings

  • Answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of our services; qualify prospects prior to offering a consultation

  • Reach out via social media, email, and phone to potential clients and convert them into sales 

  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads

  • Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process

  • Overcome objections of prospective clients

  • Keep track of numbers and the reason prospective clients either decline or decide to move forward

  • Follow up sales quotes

  • Collaborate with CEO or Dir Of Marketing Strategies to determine necessary strategic sales approaches develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list

  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable

 

Client Support

  • Client Account maintenance in CRM database, account collections

  • Analyze and report client frustrations and complaints

  • Update our internal databases with information about process issues and useful discussions with customers and clients

  • Monitor client complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance

  • Share client requests with Brand Managers

  • Inform clients about new services and updates

  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied

  • Gather customer and client feedback and share with our Brand Manager teams

  • Assist in training new Customer Specialist

  • Cross-sell and up-sell existing clients via telephone and e-mail

  • Be a Key Team Player and assist in other areas as needed

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus

  • Experience using google workspace, social media, and email handling

  • Understanding of how CRM systems work

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Patience when handling tough cases

  • Related College Diploma or combination of education and experience

  • Direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity

  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas

  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills

  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent listening skills.
