Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please send notification as soon as possible to support@rosemintmedia.com. Full payment is due prior to the start of the call. You may reschedule your event up to 4 hours prior to the call start time. Failure to send notification prior to 4 hours prior to the call start time will result in a forfeit of 50% off your payment.
