Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please send notification as soon as possible to support@rosemintmedia.com. Full payment is due prior to the start of the call. You may reschedule your event up to 12 hours prior to the call start time. Failure to send notification prior to 12 hours prior to the call start time will result in a forfeit of 50% off your payment (maximum of $250).
